These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of heraldmgmt.com (the “Site”), operated by Herald Property Management (“Herald,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site gives general information about our property management services. Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it is not an offer to lease or manage any property. Using the Site or submitting a form does not create a management agreement, lease or other contract. Any services we provide will be governed by a separate written agreement.
When you contact us through the Site, you agree to give accurate information and to submit only information you have the right to share. Please do not send sensitive information such as bank account or Social Security numbers through our contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
If you agree to receive text messages, Herald may text you about your inquiry, your property or our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to do business with us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Resident Login and Investor Login links take you to portals run by Rent Manager, a third-party provider. Your use of those portals is governed by Rent Manager’s terms and policies and by your agreement with Herald. You are responsible for keeping your login details private.

The Site’s text, logos, graphics and design belong to Herald or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.
The Site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Service areas, availability and other details may change without notice.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Herald and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
